Services are provided based on agreed project scope. We do not guarantee specific third-party platform approvals, uninterrupted access to vendor services, or outcomes controlled by third parties.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining their own third-party accounts, complying with applicable laws and vendor terms, and approving any paid subscriptions or service purchases.

Third-Party Tools

Projects may involve third-party AI model APIs, cloud platforms, databases, automation tools, and SaaS providers. Those providers maintain their own pricing, terms, security practices, rate limits, and availability.

API Usage

Any API keys, credits, subscriptions, or platform accounts remain subject to the applicable provider terms. AI VITALITY LLC uses third-party platforms for lawful business software development, testing, automation, and operational workflows.
